We stayed here recently and we loved it! This place is located in a really nice neighborhood and the Queensway tube station is just a few minutes away, which made it super easy to get around. The service was top-notch, with room amenities like ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We also loved the dining restaurant and the continental breakfast.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location, near the subway and airport shuttle stop at 5 AM. Clean, well-equipped rooms. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

The afternoon tea was a good experience. The sandwiches were freshly cut and the scones were light and delicious. The service provided by Valentina was warm and charming. The location of the hotel was also convenient, close to key attractions in the city.
The room was not up to par, with uncomfortable beds and a lack of proper amenities like air conditioning and working WiFi.

The location is fantastic for exploring the city. I loved the modern decor and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. Although I wish there was more than one lamp in the room, it didn't detract from my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is conveniently located near Queensway underground station and is within walking distance to Kensington gardens. The rooms are decent and offer enough space to open big luggage. The breakfast is good enough for a short stay of up to three nights.
The staff needs improvement on their service and communication skills.

Great location, near Hyde Park and tube station. Room was warm, clean, and well-equipped with teas and coffee. Staff was polite and cute. Reasonably priced and good value for location.

Conveniently located near a park and transportation, the rooms were clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Nicely decorated dining and reception areas add to the pleasant atmosphere.
